The ingredients that are required to prepare Curd Rice are easily available in all the major markets throughout the whole world. The ingredients are as follows:
- 1 Cup of boiled rice
- 2 Table spoon of oil
- 2 Cups of yogurt (curd)
- 1 or 2 Green chillies
- Coriander leaves
- 1 Tea spoon of Chana Daal
- 1 Tea spoon of Urad Daal
- 1 Tea spoon of mustard seeds
- ½ Tea spoon salt
- 2 Table spoon of desiccated coconut
- 1 and ½ chopped ginger
Now, after the ingredients are arranged, you have to know about the recipe to prepare the dish. The simple steps to be taken for preparing Curd Rice are as follows:
- Take 2 table spoon oil and heat it on a saucepan.
- Mustard seeds are to added to the heated oil.
- Keep watching till the mustard seeds start popping. Put Chana Daal and Urad Daal into the mixture.
- Then you need to wait for a minute and after that take the saucepan away from the oven.
- After that you have to pour the broth in the boiled rice.
- Salt and desiccated coconut are mixed in the rice.
- and milk are added to the mixture.
- Curd Rice is ready to be served.
