Hari Mirch Pakora

Hari Mirch Pakora is also a great dish to be offered to the guests coming to your house. This dish is mainly taken as a breakfast dish in North India. But its popularity has make all the people throughout India interested in it.


The ingredients that are required to prepare this dish are easily available in all the throughout the whole world. Ingredients that are needed to prepare Hari Mirch Pakora are as follows:

  • 8 to 10 Bharawan Mirch (this is actually the term for pickle green chillies)
  • Oil for the purpose of frying
  • 1 Boiled potato
  • ½ Spoon of red chili powder
  • ½ Tea spoon of Ajwain
  • 1 Tea spoon of finely cut mint leaves
  • Ginger paste
  • Salt
  • 1 Cup Besan
  • 3 Table spoon of rice flour
  • 1 pinch of turmeric powder
  • 1 Pinch soda bicarb


The procedure to prepare Hari Mirch Pakora is very simple. These steps that are to be followed to prepare the dish are as follows:

  • At first you have to cut the green chillies and wash them properly.
  • All the seeds from the chillies are to be removed.
  • After that all the ingredients are to be mixed in perfect manner and this is done for the purpose of preparing the inside stuff.
  • Water has to be added in proper amount to prepare the thick matter.
  • The stuffed chillies are dipped in the batter and heated till they get a golden color.
  • After everything is ready, Hari Mirch Pakora is served along with tamarind chutney as well as sometimes with Hari chutney.
