All the Indian dishes are hugely popular for their taste and variety. Pav Usal is one of the main Indian breakfast dishes. This dish is mainly taken as breakfast by the South Indian people, but with their huge popularity in the recent years, they have become not only favorite throughout this country but among the foreigners as well. The procedure of preparing Pav Usal is very easy and that is why anyone can try his or her hand in preparing it. This dish is easily digestible and healthy too.

The ingredients that are required to prepare this dish are easily available in all the major markets throughout the whole world. The needed ingredients for preparing Pav Usal are as follows:
- 1 Cup of green peas
- 6 to 8 Pavs
- ½ Tea spoon of Garam Masala
- ¼ Tea spoon of Cumin seeds and they should be crushed very well
- 1 Lemon juice
- 2 Table spoon of oil
- Salt to add to the taste of the food
The procedure that is to be maintained to prepare the dish is very simple. The following steps are to be taken to prepare Pav Usal:
- You have to take a heavy bowl and oil is taken in it. This oil is heated.
- Then you have to make a paste from mixing Coriander leaves, green chillies and grated coconut.
- After that fry this paste in the vessel with heated oil. This frying has to be carried out for at least 2 minutes.
- 3 Cups of water is to be taken and boiled.
- All other ingredients are poured and stirred very well.
- The whole thing needs to be simmered for at least 15 to 20 minutes.
- The cooking has to be done till the oily substance get separated and floats on the above layer.
- The seasoning has to be checked properly.
- Onion and other spices are sprinkled on the subtance.
- Now, as Pav Usal is ready, it is the best to serve it with bread or with Pav.
