Ingredients: 1 cup Flour, 1 teaspoon Baking soda, 2 1/4 cups (29-ounce can) Canned peaches light-syrup pack and drained and chopped, 1 Egg, 1/2 cup Sugar, 2 tablespoons Brown sugar firmly packed, 1 teaspoon Vanilla, 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil, 2 teaspoons Whole milk.
Preparation: First preheat oven to 350 degree. Take a pan and apply grease over it. Now spread the peaches on the baking pan. Mix the remaining ingredients except milk and brown sugar. Mix the ingredients very well and spread on the top of the peach spread. Bake the whole thing for about 35 minutes. To highlight the cake and make it look more attractive put some topping on it. For topping combine milk and brown sugar in a bowl. Then spread the mixture on top of the cake and put it again in the over for couple of minutes. Your Peach Cake is ready.
