Amla Ki Chutney

Amla ki chutney is one of the most favorite chutneys, which is liked by all. The term Chutney is applicable for any kind of spicy and sweet condiments. Chutney is the food preparation originally from South Asia. You can take dry chutney or wet chutney according to your liking.

To make Amla Ki Chutney you will need the following ingredients:

  • Amla-250 gms
  • Green Corainder-200 gms
  • Green Chillies-100 gms
  • Salt-1 tsp
  • Small Ginger-1
To make Amla ki chutney you have to first wash and make the corainder leaves clean. Then you have to remove the seeds from Amla and cut it into small pieces. After that chop the green chilies and ginger and put all the ingredients together to grind it into a fine paste. This is how your Amla ki chutney becomes ready to serve. You can enjoy this lovely dish with your main meal or any snacks.
