- Peeled And Sliced Raw Mangoes (Aam)- 250 Grams
- Peeled And Sliced Cooking Apples (Seb)- 250 Grams
- Water-1 Cup
- Vinegar (Sirka)- 1 Cup
- Big Cardamoms (Elaichi Moti), Which Are Crushed-2
- Red Chili Pepper (Lal Mirchi)- 1/2 Level Teaspoon
- Salt (Namak)- 3 Teaspoons
- Cloves Garlic (Lasun)- 4
- Sugar (Cheeni)- 1 3/4
- Long Ships Of Ginger (Adrak)- 1 Teaspoon
- Almonds (Badam), Blanched-8
- Raisins (Kishmish)- 4 Teaspoons
Making of Apple Mango Chutney is very simple. At first you have to boil apples and mangoes in water with ginger and garlic and let it be cooked till the water is absorbed.
After that sugar, almonds, vinegar, cardamoms, red chili powder and raisins, all are added to it and again cooked till it becomes little thick. Now you chutney is ready and when it becomes cool you can put into jar and cork it tight to preserve for a long time.
