Garlic Chutney

Garlic Chutney is very delicious and adds flavor and taste to the other food. Chutney plays an important role in the Indian food regime for its role as a condiment for another food. The ingredients required for making the Garlic Chutney are:

  • Garlic Pods-4
  • Grated Coconut-2 Cups
  • Red Chillies, Roasted-20
  • Tamarind- Little
  • Salt To Taste
  • Oil-4 Tsp
Before making Garlic Chutney keep the tamarind pulp ready. For this, take some tamarind and soak it in water for 2 hours and then strain. For making Garlic Chutney you have to first sauté the garlic and coconut in oil. After that you have to grind the sauté mixture with other ingredients like, tamarind pulp and red chilies. Roast the chilies before you put it to grind. After this, mix salt and garlic to the mixture and grind again to make it a smooth paste.
