To make Mint Tamarind Chutney you will need the following ingredients:
- Mint Leaves (Pudina Leaves)- a handful
- Tamarind (Imli)- 1/4 cup
- Green Chillies (Hari Mirch)- 2
- Salt (Namak) to taste
For making Mint Tamarind Chutney you have to first grind the mint leaves and green chilies and turn it into a fine paste. After soaking tamarind in half cup of hot water for fifteen minutes pass it through the sieve. Next, mix the paste with salt and tamarind pulp.
