Method of making onion chutney
Onions should be chopped first. Heat the oil in a pan and add 1 tsp of urad dal and chillies. Onions and
salt are to be mixed after that. Fry the mixture until all the ingredients mixed properly. Smell of onion will come if the mixture is mixed properly. Let the mixture be cooled. Tamarind and brown sugar to be mixed with the mixture after this. The mixture of tamarind and brown sugar is to be grind so that a fine paste of these two things can be made. The mixture is to be seasoned with 1 tsp of urad dal and 1 tsp of mustard oil.
Onion chutney is now prepared to be enjoyed either with dhosa or rice.
