Raisin Choco Oat Cookie

The ingredients of raisin choco oat cookie include the following

  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • ½ cup currants ( kishmis)
  • 1 ½ cup uncooked oats
  • 1 teaspoonful essence of vanilla
  • 3/2 cup butter
  • 3/2 cup sugar
  • ¼ cup teaspoonful salt
  • 1 teaspoonful baking soda
  • ¾ cup wheat flower of very fine quality


Process of making raisin choco oat cookie

A few necessary preparation for making raisin choco oat cookies are to be completed before you start to make cookies. The oven should be heated up to 175 degree before making cookies after that a tray is to be greased properly, Now the process of making cookies can be started. Flour, baking soda and salt are to be mixed properly with cream, sugar and butter. Vanilla essence is to be added with the mixture. Eggs are to be broken one by one to be mixed with the mixture already mixed. The oats are to be mixed with the mixture. Now the mixture is to be stirred well. Currants and chocolate chips are now to be added with this mixture. Now the batter can be dropped on the greased tray from the spoons. These are to be dropped keeping a gap of 1 inch from each drop. The greased tray will now be baked for 12 minutes until the color of the batter become golden. Raisin choco oat cookies are now prepared to be served.
