Almond Honey Milk

Because the Almond Honey Milk recipe is not at all difficult and you can well try it out. The ingredients involved in making this drink are available in all local markets.

Ingredients of Almond Milk Honey:

  • 15 almonds
  • 1 and 1/4 cups of milk
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 table spoon of fennel seeds
  • 1 tea spoon of white poppy seeds
  • 3 - 4 table spoons of sugar
  • Almond Milk Shake
  • Crushed Ice


Method of preparing Almond Honey Milk:
At first add almonds and water in a blender or food processor which is fitted with the metal blade and process it for about 2-3 minutes till the nuts get reduced to a fine puree. Then add 2 cups of milk and again blend on a relatively low speed for about 15 seconds. Next, you are required to heat the milk and blend to a boil. Then pour the whole mixture in a pan. After pressing out as much liquid as possible, cardamom seeds should be added. Stir constantly, and bring to a near boil over medium heat. Then the heat should be reduced to low and allow simmer for 2 minutes. You can add the sweetener now. You should pour the milk back and forth from one pan to another to make it frothy. This frothy milk is finally served.
