The best thing about Maharashtrian food is that it has wide varieties. The method of preparation is also very traditional. Some of the Maharashtrian food are very easy to prepare. Ingredients: 2 Large potatoes, 1/2 Capsicums, 1 Large chopped tomato, 2 Large chopped onions, 2 tbsps garlic, 1/2 Cup boiled green peas, 5 tbsps butter, 4 Paavs, Salt to taste.

Preparation: First cut the vegetables into small pieces then heat butter in a pan and fry onions. Then add gralic and vegetables and mix well, cook it for a couple of minutes till it become tender. Then again add butter and cook it for sometime. Now take a tawa heat it and put Paavs on the tawa and spread butter on it. Cook it till it is brown, you delicious Paav Bhaji is ready. So, prepare the dish yourself and enjoy.
